MISR SIM provides digital eSIM products designed for travelers visiting Egypt. eSIMs are delivered electronically by email after purchase.

MISR SIM (https://misrsim.com) is owned and operated by Maple Telecom LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with its registered office at Office 84, 8th Floor, Building 58, El-Hegaz Street, El-Nozha, Cairo, Egypt.
3. Device Compatibility
Customers must ensure that their device supports eSIM technology and is unlocked for use with international carriers. Compatibility lists are provided as a guide only.
4. Network Availability
All data plans are subject to local carrier network availability and coverage in Egypt. Speeds and quality may vary by region, time of day and device.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying device compatibility and entering correct information at checkout before completing a purchase.
6. Activation
Service is considered to begin upon eSIM activation on the customer's device. Once activated, the validity period of the plan starts according to the plan terms.
7. Changes to Plans & Pricing
MISR SIM reserves the right to modify plans, features and pricing at any time. Changes do not affect already-activated eSIMs during their valid period.
